When you are experiencing computer problems, who do you call? We hope you will call us; our technicians can help with any of your computing needs. Many times, our technicians can provide a solution remotely:

  • You call us and describe your problem.
  • We create an "online meeting" and provide instructions for connecting to the meeting.
  • You connect to our "online meeting."
  • We troubleshoot your computer during the "online meeting."
  • You can leave the "meeting" or you can watch our technician work on your computer.
  • We verify all work done on your computer.
  • We disconnect from the "online meeting" once your problem is resolved.

 

When a problem is more complicated, one of our technicians may need to visit your site. For example, if you can't turn on your computer, you obviously won't be able to connect to an online meeting. We have several options available when you are experiencing a more difficult computer problem: 

  • You bring your computer to us.
  • We send one of our technicians to your site.
  • We pickup and return your computer once we have resolved the problem.
